PROBLEM

With hundreds of clients and professionals joining, admins found it difficult to manage accounts, verify profiles, and handle disputes in one place.

In addition, Admins had limited visibility into ongoing bookings, cancellations, and disputes, making it hard to oversee service quality and resolve issues quickly.

SOLUTION

I redesigned the user management system with a centralized dashboard where admins could search, filter, and take actions (approve, suspend, edit) on user accounts seamlessly. Clear role-based permissions ensured smooth control without confusion.

I built an activity monitoring panel that displayed live booking statuses, service histories, and alerts for cancellations or escalations. This gave admins full visibility and the ability to intervene in real-time.
