Gluutown is a Social media platform for creators. The admin dashboard focuses on helping Gluutown manage the activities across the apps, this includes settling account violations, managing user profiles and much.
PROBLEM
With hundreds of clients and professionals joining, admins found it difficult to manage accounts, verify profiles, and handle disputes in one place.
In addition, Admins had limited visibility into ongoing account reports, App earnings making it hard to oversee service quality and resolve issues quickly.
SOLUTION
As the UI/UX Designer on Gluu town, I focused on consolidating the management into a easy to understand table formats to enable admin track the necessary information with ease.
