Gluutown is a social platform built for creators and professionals to connect, collaborate, and grow. As the platform expanded, the need for a centralized system to manage users, activities, and platform operations became critical. This project focused on designing an admin dashboard that simplifies how internal teams monitor and manage the platform at scale.

As Gluutown grew, the admin team began to face operational challenges:

Difficulty managing a growing number of user accounts
No centralized view for handling account verifications and violations
Limited visibility into user reports and disputes
Poor access to platform-wide insights like activity and earnings

These gaps made it harder to:

Maintain service quality
Respond to issues quickly
Ensure trust and safety across the platform

As the UI/UX Designer on the project, I focused on creating a clear, structured, and scalable admin experience.

Key design decisions:

Centralized dashboard system
Brought all critical admin functions (users, reports, earnings, violations) into one unified interface
Table-driven data structure
Designed clean, scannable tables that allow admins to quickly:

- Track reports and violations
- Manage account statuses

Introduced clearer layouts and hierarchy to help admins monitor platform activity in real-time
